'Gardens connect house to landscape, plants to soil, and people to nature' - Thomas Church

OUR PROCESS

STEP ONE - Consult

We offer a 1 hour consultation at your site to chat about your vision, your thoughts, wishes and how you'd like to spend time in your garden. This includes considering lifestyle, budget and site conditions.

STEP TWO - Brief
Following the consultation we put together a fee proposal for your design.  Once approved...  A site visit will follow to test the soil and look at the site more in depth.  We will then send through a detailed design brief outlining everything discussed and your wish list garden outcomes.

STEP THREE - Design

Once you are happy with the design brief details we are ready to create your new garden.  The next meeting is an exciting one, reviewing all the creative ideas and completed plans.  Once we have completed any necessary tweaks we can finalise the plans and move onto finding a landscape contractor to install your new garden.  We also offer help with plant sourcing and expertise on plant layout.

We are flexible with our client's needs and help with all stages of the design process from Concept Plans to Planting Plans.

Planting Plans

YOUR OPTIONS

Concept Plans

A Concept Plan is a designed garden layout plan that gives you a vision of your new garden including the hard landscaping, areas of planting and design features with notes on materials and finishes.  We also offer 3D perspectives which allows you to visualise the design created.  It will not give you details of construction dimensions or quantified plant species. This plan will give you great creative ideas and inspiration for your garden.

Planting Plans

We design a site-specific Planting Plan for your garden which is adapted to your unique environment.  This can be a continuation of your Concept plan or as a individual project.  With our extensive knowledge of plants, we will  bring colour, textures, and best plant combinations for your garden design.  This plan will give you plant species, quantities and spacing for ease of plant purchase.
