Restorative - Commercial Resource Consent
The design focus was to create a tranquil and restorative landscape which surrounds the building and reflects the local landscape and community while being functional, low maintenance and appropriate for its purpose as a medical facility. One of the key principles of design was to include natural elements and privacy while seeking to create spaces that will enhance the natural, social, cultural, and physical environment in the area.
